Projects Completed: Windows & Siding

Michael and Joanna were looking for a completely new look for their cape-style home in Chatham.  Working closely with our design team through web meetings we converted a drab cape into a craftsman-style home. First, we installed new Black Andersen Windows with Full Divided Lite Grills. Joanna wanted to open up her living room to add more light.  We designed a Box Bay with exterior raised panel boxes and an interior bench seat. Next, they chose a combination of Arctic White Lap, and Board & Batten style James Hardie Fiber Cement Siding. We then designed and built a portico, and shed roof with both metal standing seam roofs, and asphalt to match their existing shingles. A new ProVia Door, black half-round gutters, and trim completed the look they were after.
