Your quote begins with a personalized visit and complete assessment of your home. Not only will you be able to discuss your ideas and needs for the property, but as an expert craftsman, Horacio will also examine the structures and state of your existing home and note any repair needs that would be necessary to support your project. His recommendations will be included in your design demo. We will never “cover up” and complete cosmetic upgrades without ensuring the quality of the structures and systems underneath. Using state-of-the-art technology we will take a series of photographs that accurately measure every square foot of your home’s exterior, including the windows, doors, roofs, and siding with pinpoint accuracy. Our revolutionary software later converts these images into a completely-to-scale 3D-Model of your home.
Your Virtual or Onsite Demo
Next, in the most exciting step of all, you’ll meet with Horacio and Mike (either in person or via a convenient web meeting) and work hand-in-hand to get the look you want for your home. If you’d like to see black windows instead of white, change the color of your siding, or remove a bay window and see how it looks - we can do that! If you want to add or remove an element to your project - sure! Your snap shots will have been transformed into a 3D-Model of your home that we can spin, rotate, view from all angles, and manipulate in REAL TIME to create your dream curb appeal makeover.

Not only will you be able to view and tweak the aesthetics of your home makeover, but you’ll also be able to alter the scope, materials, or budget of your project before moving forward.
