SIDING & WINDOW INSTALLATION DENVILLE, NJ

PROJECT DETAILS

Kristina and Eric came to K&B in February of this year, looking to remodel the exterior of their contemporary-style home. Working with our design team, we were able to offer an alternative option that would maintain the style they wanted but would offer better long-term maintenance and costs. The challenges that come with this contemporary style are the rounded surfaces, common to this style, and vertical siding that often leads to water damage which we found a considerable amount damaging to the structure upon starting the renovation. Kristina and Eric settled on a combination of James Hardie Fiber Cement Lap Siding, James Hardie Board, and Batten, as well as stained Cedar siding, and Azek for the curved portions of the project. All windows were replaced with Andersen 100 and Andersen E-Series windows.
