Marco and Elizabeth urgently contacted K&B about removing their newly, but poorly done stucco and stonework after firing their previous contractor. Upon getting to the home, there were obvious aesthetic issues with the stucco, and the deck at the back was falling apart. Ultimately in the completed design, Marco and Elizabeth decided on removing the stucco and wood siding for a combination of James Hardie Lap Siding and James Hardie Board and Batten. We continued on the work to the back, redesigning their deck with Trex Transcend Decking and Azec Trim and adding an Asphalt Shingle Roof as well above the deck. The front was redesigned with a new portico, the existing roof of the home was also replaced with Asphalt Shingle Roofing and they also chose to add accenting Standing Seam Metal Roofing on the garage, roof lines and Bay Windows.
