Projects Completed: Roofing, Decking, Siding, Windows & Portico

Alex contacted us last April for a quote on an exterior remodeling project.  Horacio met with Alex & Jill to review the scope of work along with some design concepts from an architect they previously hired. Not happy with the current façade they were looking to make some structural changes to enhance the overall look and curb appeal.  We went to work with our design team and presented them with our ideas, via web meetings, which they ultimately chose for their home’s new exterior.

The scope entailed new James Hardie Siding, with Azek composite trim, crowns, pergola, Architectural Roofing Shingles, as well as standing seam metal roofs, a new portico, decorative raised panel boxes, enlarging front landing with stone facade, Andersen 400 Series Windows, and Trex Transcend decking and Rails.
