Christopher and Jen contacted K&B wanting to update the look of their house, with new siding and roof. Upon our first look and inspection, we discovered that the house was previously installed with a product called Cellutech, rather than plywood, and had poor insulation. Also in the process, it was discovered that the roof had poor ventilation, causing severe mold damage, ultimately needing complete reconstruction with new plywood, and a new proper ventilation system. With our design team, Christopher and Jen settled on a style that maintained the look of their house like they wanted but with materials that would last a lifetime. The siding was replaced with James Hardie Lap Siding, the roof was installed with Atlas roofing, and the skylights were replaced with Velux Skylights.
