James Hardie® Fiber Cement Siding comes in a variety of profiles, textures and colors.  Their Cedarmill Lap Siding is made to replicate the authentic look of wood, while their smooth finishes emulate a painted brushed look. They are available in 5”, 6” & 7” exposures, as well as their Artisan Panel for true mitered corners.  Also available from K & B Home Remodelers are Hardie Straight & Staggered Shakes, as well as Board and Batten and vented soffits.

Fibrex Windows by Andersen™, installed by K & B Home Remodelers offers the strength, paint ability, Eco-Friendliness, ascetics of wood, and enhanced resale value that vinyl windows are incapable of.  The durability of Fibrex far outweighs the lower cost of cheap, plastic, hollow vinyl windows. Andersen Sliding Glass Patio doors encompassed all the enhanced features of Fibrex, along with high thermal efficiency.

Located in Morris County is the borough of Morris Plains, incorporated from segments of Hanover Township its namesake is Lewis Morris, formerly chief justice of New York and British governor of New Jersey.

Today Morris Plains is primarily a bedroom community mainly due to the NJ Transit Train Station via the Morristown Line with direct access to New York’s Penn Station and Hoboken Terminals.

Currently there are approximately 1,485 families residing in 2,131 households. Major companies such as Pfizer & Honeywell are located within the town, along with small local shops and restaurants, most notably Arthurs Steak House located on Speedwell Ave across from the train station.
